    Start a project without a contract2.
    Pretend you’re busy when you’re not; the back room needs cleaning (substitute other tangible tasks here), and that’s real help to the firm3.
    Ship a finished job to someone who’s behind on payment4.
    Dine at grossly excessive locales (see: Bina)Always List1.
    Conduct proper due diligence on all new work and consult your colleagues2.
    Be open about your down time and seek suggestions; we’re already an open book here, there is no hiding3.
    Use whatever leverage you have at all times4.
    Think back to the unfortunate lay-off days and be thankful for what we do have-Billy
